Get ready for a night of fun, competition, and community at Falcons Fright Night! This special event brings players together for fast-paced 3v3 small-sided games under the lights. With fewer players on the field, everyone gets more touches, more goals, and nonstop action.

IMPORTANT - Team Managers must sign up all players. Teams Only!!!

Falcons Fright Night is all about energy and excitement—small teams, quick rotations, and plenty of opportunities to showcase creativity and teamwork. Costumes, spirit, and festive fun are encouraged as we celebrate soccer with a Halloween twist.

Basic Rules of the Game:

Pre-Registration Required: Your team manager must register the team online to enter the tournament.

Roster: Min Players per team = 3 / Max Players per team = 6

Substitutions: Are on the fly

Slide Tackling: Strictly Prohibited. *Stay on your feet!

No Offsides

Free Kicks – All Free Kicks are In-Direct Kicks, Defensive Players must be 5 yards from the Ball.

Out of Bounds – The ball must be Kicked/Passed in from the Sideline. No Throw Ins. Goals may not be scored from Out of Bounds.

Goal Kicks – These will be played from the End Line of the team receiving possession.

Penalty Kicks – Called by the Referee if a scoring opportunity is taken away by a defensive player. It is a Direct Kick.

Ball will be placed 5 yards beyond the Mid-Field Line with all other players behind the placement of the ball.

Penalty Kicks are not Live Balls. If no Goal Scored, the defensive team will re-start the game with a Goal Kick.

Sportsmanship – We emphasis the importance of Good Sportsmanship and players will have an opportunity to receive sportsmanship points.

Game Time: Games will be 2 - 8 Minute ½’s with a 2 Minute ½ time.

OR Game ends when one team reaches a 10-goal lead.

Scoring:

Goal Scoring: A Goal may be scored from anywhere on the field, except in the goal box, as long as all other rules are followed.

Field Regulations:

Field Spacing: Fields will be the following; Length 25-35 and Width will be 15-25 yards.

Goal Box: (No Player Zone) 4 yards Wide by 2 yards Deep directly in front of the Goal.

Ball Size: 12U and under size 4. 13U and up will use size 5. (If groups are combined; they will use the larger size ball.)

Shin Guards: All players are required to wear shin guards.

Goal Size: 4 foot rounded goals

1. What is Falcons Fright Night?

Falcons Fright Night is a special Halloween-themed 3v3 soccer event featuring small-sided games, fast rotations, and nonstop action. Players get more touches, more goals, and more fun in this festive evening of soccer.

2. Who can participate?

The event is open to players in the following divisions u8 - u18. Teams will be grouped by age to keep things fair and fun.

3. When and where does it take place?

📍 Location: Western Park, Cedar Point

📅 Date: 12/17

⏰ Time: 5:00pm - 8:00pm

4. How much does it cost?

💥 FREE! Falcons United provides this event at no cost to ensure everyone can join the fun.

5. Are spots limited?

Yes. 🚨 To keep games fast and fun, spots are limited to 8 teams per division. Registration is first-come, first-served.

6. What should players bring?

• Cleats & shin guards
• Water bottle
• Soccer Ball
• Costume or festive spirit wear 🎃

7. How does the event work?

Players will compete in 3v3 small-sided games. Teams will rotate quickly, giving everyone multiple games and plenty of action throughout the night.

8. Who will be running the event?

The event will be overseen by Falcons United’s licensed coaching staff, ensuring safety, fun, and high energy.
