Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
5v5 Tournament
Refund Eligibility 100% Refund: If requested 30 days or more before the tournament date. If the tournament is canceled by Falcons United due to weather, field conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. 50% Refund: If requested 15β29 days before the tournament. No Refund: If requested within 14 days of the tournament date. If a team withdraws without notice or fails to show up on tournament day. π§ How to Request a Refund All refund requests must be submitted by email to: FalconsUnitedNC@gmail.com Include: Team Name, Coach/Manager Name, and Reason for Withdrawal β οΈ Note: Credit card and processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Ball Mastery Camp
Full refunds are available up to the start of the first day. After that, credits may be applied to future Falcons United programs.
GK Camp
Participants are eligible for a full refund up to the day of the camp. No questions asked. To request a refund, please contact us by email at President@FalconsUnitedNC.com
MLS GO Fall League
Falcons United understands that unexpected situations may arise that affect a player's ability to participate. To maintain fairness and sustainability, the following refund policy applies: β Full refunds will be granted if a player withdraws prior to registration closing β Partial refunds (50%) will be available if a player withdraws before the first team practice β No refunds will be issued after the teams first practice, except in the case of: β Verified medical injury with a doctorβs note. β Family relocation (25+ miles from club location). β Team dissolution or cancellation of the season by the club. Uniform and equipment fees are non-refundable once items have been ordered or distributed. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the President. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

SAQ Camp
At Falcons United, we understand that scheduling conflicts or emergencies may arise. To ensure fairness and help us provide the best experience for all participants, the following refund policy applies to our SAQ Camp registration: Full Refund: If requested 24 hours or more before the first day of camp Minus any processing or service fees incurred during payment Partial Refund (50%): If requested after the first day of camp but prior to the 2nd day of camp. Minus any processing or service fees incurred during payment No Refund: If requested after the second day of camp starts How to Request a Refund: All refund requests must be sent via email to: President@FalconsUnitedNC.com Include: Player's Full Name Camp Name Reason for Request Please Note: Processing fees (if charged by the registration platform) are non-refundable Falcons United reserves the right to cancel or reschedule camp due to weather, field availability, or low enrollment. In such cases, a full or partial refund or credit will be issued.
