At Falcons United, we believe in the power of community—and that includes the incredible parents, guardians, family members, and supporters who step up to make our club a success. Our volunteer program is open to anyone with a heart to help, no soccer experience required!

Whether you're cheering on the sidelines, helping organize gear, guiding players at check-in, or setting up for events like our Falcons Valor Cup or Street Series, there’s a place for you in our Falcons Family.

• Game Day Support: Set up fields, manage equipment, assist with check-in and team organization
• Event Helpers: Help with fundraisers, tournaments, potlucks, and community events
• Team Parents: Serve as a point of contact for families and help coaches with logistics
• Media & Social Support: Take photos, help with posting to social media, or run a live scoreboard
• Uniforms & Gear: Distribute kits, help with sizing, swaps, and inventory

Q: Do I need soccer experience to volunteer?

A: Not at all! Most of our roles just require a positive attitude and a willingness to help. We’ll guide you every step of the way.

Q: What types of volunteer roles are available?

A: You can help with coaching, field setup, team management, uniform distribution, fundraising events, registration, media support, and more. There’s something for everyone!

Q: How much time do I need to commit?

A: As much or as little as you can give! Some roles take just an hour on game day, while others may involve a few hours each month. We appreciate all help—big or small.

Q: Can teens or students volunteer for service hours?

A: Yes! Falcons United is happy to sign off on volunteer hours for school or community service. Just let us know in advance.

Q: Do volunteers need background checks?

A: Volunteers working directly with players (such as team parents or coaches) will need to complete a background check as required by MLS GO / NCYSA / Club policy. You will also need to become SafeSport Certified but don't worry we will help you through the process if you need it.

Q: How do I sign up to volunteer?

A: Fill out our Volunteer Sign-Up Form on the website or talk to your coach or team manager. We’ll follow up to match you with a role that fits your interests and schedule.

Q: Will I receive any training or support?

A: Yes! We provide simple instructions, checklists, and support for every role. You’ll never be left guessing.

Q: Can I help even if I can’t be there every week?

A: Absolutely. Even one-time help for events, tournaments, or specific tasks makes a big difference.
