Coach Shane has been a youth soccer coach since 2013, beginning with AYSO in New York and continuing under NCYSA since 2016. He is a licensed coach through NCYSA and has led teams across recreational, classic, and middle school levels. Shane is the visionary behind Falcons United, dedicated to creating a club where leadership, community, and love for the game take flight.

The President serves as the chief executive and public face of the club, responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and ensuring that all programs, staff, and initiatives align with the mission: We Soar Together.

Andy Floyd

A dedicated leader with a heart for youth sports, Andy helps oversee club direction, community partnerships, and strategic growth. Their passion for teamwork and inclusion makes them an essential part of the Falcons United vision.
